ABOUT THE CLASS
This seven-week stand-up comedy class series is geared toward people who have stand up experience. This class will focus on polishing existing material and developing new material as well. The class will focus on stage skills such as dealing with hecklers, crowd work and on stage physicality.
Students will become more comfortable on stage using various improv exercises and will get to perform material they are developing in front of the class. Previous stand up experience or a prior stand up class is preferred.
Students will develop five minutes of material in preparation for a performance in front of friends and family on a student showcase in the final week. Fee includes a video copy of the student's performance.
